You replace one of your ultra's in cheat engine with 5003. From the list of ID's I provided, highlight 138B (SSJ3), tick the hex box in cheat engine, paste in 138b and untick the hex box. For example, you want to change Super Saiyan 2 to Super Saiyan 3. You can now freely change your skills using that number. When the hex ID changes to a normal number (not HEX) after you untick the hex box, copy that number. As for skills, highlight the hex ID, go into cheat engine and tick the hex box, paste in the hex ID in the search bar then untick the hex box. With equipment ID's, just replace them with the decimal ID's I provided.
